Essential criteria

• Qualified in Beauty Therapy to NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
• Friendly and enthusiastic, with good communication skills
• Highly motivated, able to work independently, and consistently punctual even with a demanding schedule
• Capable of working effectively within established quality standards, systems, and procedures
• Willingness to support the wider team and adapt to the needs of a dynamic salon/spa environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends
• Confident in promoting treatments and products to meet client needs

Desirable criteria

• Experience working in a busy clinic, salon or spa
• Experience of manicures & pedicures
• Experience of Elemis
• Experience of laser hair removal
• Experience of Hydrafacial
